FREE Shipping U.S Orders within 48 states - (all items are sent using tracking)
All other orders will select tracked shipping of their choice
RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may be returned within 3 days if any of these conditions exist using simple rules. 1) If it doesn’t match description, 2. if there is a manufacturer defect within 3 days which requires an email, description and pictures of issue. Citizen watches have a warranty after our 3 day policy which can be used.

Purses, Apparel, footwear, home and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned using the rules above unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.

Items must not be used, worn, altered or damaged.
